This RAC Getaways home is a 3rd-floor, river-facing one-bedroom with a private balcony over the San Antonio Riverwalk - right on the river path, 10 minutes to the Pearl. Run to Superhost standard. THE SPACE (sleeps 5) A king bed plus a queen sleeper sofa (air mattress and pack-n-play on request). Fully stocked kitchen, a dedicated workspace, fast WiFi, and a smart TV with streaming. Pet-friendly. BUILDING AMENITIES Infinity pool over the river (8 AM-11 PM), 24/7 fitness center, fire-pit courtyard, and free private garage parking - a real plus downtown, where nearby lots are all paid. Self check-in by lockbox. LOCATION Right on the Riverwalk path, 10 min to the Pearl, with the Alamo, Southtown, and downtown dining all within easy reach. We’re excited to welcome you and your pet to our home! 😊 Just a quick reminder that pets are allowed during your stay. However, to keep things clean and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that pets refrain from going on the furniture (couches, beds, etc.). PLEASE place parking pass on mirrow to avoid towing issues in our garage. RAC is not liable for cost due to not following rules and procedures. If you'd like to bring your pet onto the furniture, an additional cleaning fee of $150.00 will apply. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you and your pet enjoy your stay!

Anything you may want on the Riverwalk is a 20 minute or less walk. We have bike rentals outside of building.
